CEIP CUBA is a public educational center, belonging to the Directorate of the Territorial Area (DAT) Madrid-Capital, which depends on the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Community of Madrid.
The school is line 1 (one level per course) except in 6th, where it is line 2. It offers its educational services to 73 children of Early Childhood Education (3 classes, of 3, 4 and 5 years respectively) and 173 children in primary education (from 1st to 6th grade). There is a high percentage of foreign students, distributed in more than 20 nationalities (44%), together with the fact that enrolments throughout the school year, corresponding to massive displacements from certain countries to the neighbourhood.

This causes levels of very varied academic results, coming from educational systems other than Spanish, which causes a problem when it comes to being able to follow the tasks corresponding to its course normally. This has partly led to the initiative to create FLEXIBLE GROUPS (10 in total), so that in the areas of language and Mathematics, the teachers split the groups, adapting the requirement to the level of real competence, not the one that corresponds to it by age. Similarly, from 3rd grade, we can note that Compensatory Education tries in the same way to cover these cultural differences, also incorporating the sciences into the 2 areas mentioned above.

The Management Team of the center is investing time and funding in a modernization of the center in every way:

• Spaces previously unused for library and playroom use are being adapted.
• ICT resources are being increased, both in classrooms for teachers and students and in common areas for students and families.
• Modification of the annual general programming through which new methodological and coexistence actions are being included to reduce the needs of the educational community.

SPG:Școala Profesională, Gropnița (Gropnița Trade School), in Gropnița commune, 37 km from Iași City, is an educational institution that offers educational programmes for 474 children with ages from 3 and 17 years old. The students follow the national curriculum, but they can choose optional subjects from a very wide range of classes within a school curriculum.

Because many of our students come from a vulnerable environment (their parents’ low educational level, poor financial situation, disadvantaged background, economical obstacles), being at risk of early school leaving or school drop-out, we try to offer them educational programmes that lead to better school performance, better learning process, individual development of every child who benefits from the educational system.

Students participate in the school life, being involved in many educational projects, some of which are international, and which enhance their initiative, their self esteem, their creativity and motivation to learn. Such an European project developed for our students, for the period 2020-2022, is “The Right Gamification for Tackling Early School Leaving and Disadvantage” (GAMIRIGHT). Gamification will improve performance, will change the behaviour and attitude, will bring an extra point to the quality of education in our school, will reduce early school leaving and school drop-out.

We need this project coordinated by Centro de Educación Infantily Primaria CUBA (Spain) ,in order to have an attractive school and to improve the quality of education.

E-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL GROUP is an Adult Education Centre and VET provider located in Greece. It was established in September 2003 with a focus on training VET and Adult Learners in skills that will be useful for future jobs. It is committed to providing quality education and accreditation on the subjects it deals in and supports its learners in developing skills that will ensure their smooth and successful transition into the labor market. The main objectives of its activities were and still are training. Since 2003, E-SCHOOL has been providing training and knowledge accreditation in ICT while providing professional seminars on specific topics. In the past 6 years, we have trained over 1000 unemployed individuals via the «Voucher for Entry to the Labor Market» programs, and over 3000 more trainees in our various seminars. Over the years, E-SCHOOL’s services have been extended. Since 2018, we have participated in the development and implementation of Erasmus+ projects, both as a coordinator or a partner, applying innovative ideas aimed at improving education.

DAFO Strategic Management is a consulting and training company based in Spain, in the city of Medina del Campo.

Our mission is to improve the competitiveness of the European society and the development of organizations with lower resources, through management and implementation of international projects, training and creation of transnational partnerships.

The company was born in 2014 with a focus on managing and designing events and training. However, DAFO Strategic Management has built up a team of professionals experts in education and training. This brought the company to work as a training centre, specialised in topics related on one hand to management, on the other hand to mobility of youth and adults.

In doing this, DAFO has always been looking for the European added value of its activities. In this context, DAFO gained expertise in the design and management of European projects, which allowed it to further develop and increase the company’s activities in the field of management and education.
